About The Role:

The position is hands on, responsible for delivering at events. Including:

Liaising with clients ensuring we deliver on our standards

Managing wait staff – some on the job training

Managing the front of house food and beverage service for events

Following and enforcing top food safety standards.

Deliver on the ground at amazing events with your own creative flourish!

About You:

Current valid Australian Driver’s License

Current RSA holder

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

Strong, hands on team leading skills

Flexibility and willingness to multi-task and take on challenges directly

An eye for detail with an appreciation of great food and wine

Positive attitude – great at working in a team and always delivering exceptional service.

Fun, friendly and creative – able to add flair and great vibes to your events!

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience with a catering or a hospitality background – events catering experience preferred but not essential.

Ability to work on a diverse schedule - weekends or evenings as required.

Experience in managing weddings & events highly considered.

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to resolve client queries and complaints professionally.

Ability to provide feedback to and coach and develop staff.

Strong, creative problem-solving skills – great at taking things head-on and taking control of challenges.

impeccable professional grooming and presentation.

Exceptional service and professionalism – especially when dealing with clients.

Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced front of house environment.

Proven ability to manage teams.
