We're on the lookout for an energetic and relationship-driven Customer Success & Care Specialist to join our Customer Success team at Andatech. This is a full-time role that packs a punch — you’ll reconnect with customers, spark new opportunities, and help us build an even stronger Andatech community.

What you'll be doing

Reconnect and reignite relationships with customers

Actively engage with customers to identify opportunities for growth and cross-selling

Coordinate and assist with the onboarding process for new customers and partners

Manage and maintain customer and partner databases to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date

Help plan and run customer events, expo, partner initiatives, and campaigns

Drive business growth by making meaningful connections

Deliver product training (don’t worry – we’ll teach you first!)

Handle retail sales inquiries and their order

Be a friendly face (or voice) for our brand – every day

What we're looking for

A people person – friendly, full of energy, and great at building rapport

A creative thinker who enjoys solving problems and trying new things

Tech-savvy with a technical mindset – able to guide users through simple setups like logins or device connectivity

Proven experience in a customer service or account management role, preferably within a sales environment

Confident communicator and team player

Super organised – juggling tasks doesn’t scare you

Familiar with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite

A genuine passion for great customer experiences

Able to pass an NDIS and National Police Check (required for the role)

Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen preferred
