You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, managing end-to-end customer needs, and ensuring seamless coordination across global supply chain operations.

This is a temporary opportinunity with potential for extension. Please note CargoWise experience is an essential requirement of this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as the key contact for customer queries, providing updates on bookings, orders, tracking, billing, and deliveries

Collaborate with international teams to ensure smooth end-to-end service and timely resolution of issues

Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving

Ensure accuracy of purchase orders and coordinate internal systems for seamless delivery

Generate and manage client reports, providing clear and actionable insights

Attend client meetings or site visits as required to strengthen service delivery

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 3 years' experience in freight forwarding or international logistics

Strong communication and customer service skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Experience using CargoWise (essential)
