We’re looking for a Melbourne-based Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our fast-growing team. If you’re a confident communicator, love getting in the trenches with clients, and thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Lead new client onboarding and training (onsite and remote)

Own the customer journey: onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success

Build relationships with operational and trade-based teams across Australia

Travel interstate regularly to deliver in-person workshops and site visits

Act as the voice of the customer internally across product, support, and sales

Use client insights to refine processes and shape product improvements

What You’ll Bring

2+ years experience in customer success, implementation, or account management (SaaS or industrial/trade setting preferred)

Willingness and ability to travel interstate frequently

Strong organisational skills and a proactive, customer-first mindset

Comfortable working with both operational field teams and management

Bonus: Experience in trades, mining, construction, or similar sectors

Bonus: Familiarity with ERP, workforce management, or scheduling software
