An Administration Support Officer is responsible for enabling an executive team and a number of branches that work across security vetting, psychological services and protective security.
Role responsibilities include managing assessment registration; allocation of casework; receipts and returns; file transit; assisting with monitoring relevant databases and inboxes; data input; corresponding with clients and internal staff; managing assigned resources (equipment); adherence with company policies, processes, and KPIs; maintaining awareness of relevant policy, process and legislation and implementing relevant adjustments; supporting a safe and healthy work environment; enhancing business practices through a continuous improvement mindset; and working collaboratively with others.

Essential requirements
The below key requirements are required to be demonstrated by all employees to Omni.
- Be an Australian Citizen
- Hold a current NV1 Australian Government Security Clearance (minimum)
- Have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
In addition, this role will require:
- An appropriate tertiary qualification and at least two years' experience
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability in collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders and fostering positive relationships
- Competence in the Microsoft Office Suite of applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Experience in working with Defence or APS preferred but not essential
- Exposure to business analytics applications preferred but not essential.
