We're working with a well-established residential home builder based in Sydney's South West who is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead their growing site team.

This is a senior leadership role, overseeing a team of up to 10 Site Supervisors across multiple active residential projects. The business offers a stable pipeline of work, solid systems, and a collaborative, down-to-earth culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support a team of Site Supervisors managing up to 10+ active builds
• Ensure all projects meet quality, safety, and timeline standards in line with company expectations
• Collaborate with internal departments (estimating, drafting, and construction support) to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
• Monitor site progress and provide regular updates to the senior leadership team
• Mentor and coach Site Supervisors, ensuring adherence to compliance, safety, and build programs
• Contribute to continuous improvement of construction processes and systems
• Conduct site audits, toolbox talks, and lead supervisor meetings to drive accountability and performance

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Supervisor within the residential building sector
• Strong leadership capability and the ability to manage and mentor a team
• Excellent knowledge of the full residential build process, including WHS, QA, and building codes
• Effective communicator with strong organisational and time management skills
• Trade background or relevant construction qualifications preferred
• Ability to manage performance, set expectations, and maintain a positive site culture
