Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead operations across the state and assist with growing their footprint in the NSW market. This senior role offers the opportunity to oversee project delivery from end to end while mentoring a team and driving high performance across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day construction operations across NSW
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, procurement, and quality control
• Conduct regular site visits and reviews to ensure compliance and safety
• Liaise with insurance partners, clients, and internal teams to maintain workflow
• Provide reports to senior management on KPIs, performance, and project status

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in a senior construction role within the insurance building space
• Trade background and qualifications in Building & Construction
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial construction
• High level planning, budgeting, and scheduling capability
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to juggle multiple jobs in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a solutions focused attitude
