We are on the hunt for an accomplished Head Host, with at least 2 years' experience in two hatted restaurants, to join our highly skilled, diverse, and fun team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

As Head Host at Margaret Double Bay, you'll be the face of our establishment, responsible for creating a positive first impression and ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience. Your duties will include:

Greeting guests upon arrival and managing the waiting list.

Providing accurate wait time information and using our computer system to manage reservations.

Escorting guests to their tables and bidding them farewell as they leave.

Engaging in natural and friendly conversations with guests.

Refilling beverages and maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

Assisting with light housekeeping duties such as cleaning menus and ensuring restroom cleanliness.

Answering phones and supporting the floor when needed as part of our energetic team.
