As a Gaming Attendant you will:

Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Club’s operating hours.

Provide Patrons with an exceptional customer experience

Enforce & implement the Club RSA & RCG policy

Courteous, welcoming & informative manner when at work.

Ensure all guest and member complaints are dealt with promptly and effectively ensuring our guest or member satisfied.

Ability to identify and interpret players who are at risk or not utilising products in an enjoyable and sustainable manner and entering information into our CRM systems.

Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role

Ensure gaming areas are maintained and well presented

What we are looking for:

Holds a current NSW RSA and NSW RCG (Essential)

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well both independently and with a team.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.

Basic understanding of gaming operations, or willingness to learn.
