About Us

Northpoint Apartments is a well-established short-stay accommodation provider located in the heart of Port Macquarie. We pride ourselves on offering a clean, welcoming, and relaxing environment for all our guests.

We're now looking for a hands-on and dependable Head Housekeeper to join our small, friendly team.

The Role

This is a working leadership role — you’ll be directly involved in cleaning apartments while supervising the team and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Employment Type: Casual

Shifts: Weekdays only (Monday to Friday)

Hours: Day shifts, 3–5 days per week

Location: Port Macquarie, NSW

Your Responsibilities

Clean and service short-stay holiday apartments to a high standard

Lead and support a small team of casual housekeepers

Organise daily cleaning schedules and manage supplies

Conduct inspections to maintain consistency and quality

Liaise with reception and management on apartment turnover and cleaning priorities

Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are always met

About You

Proven housekeeping experience (team leadership a plus)

High attention to detail and strong work ethic

Reliable, organised, and proactive

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Physically capable of performing manual cleaning tasks

Must be available Monday to Friday — no weekend work required
