Elite Property Group is seeking a highly capable Project Coordinator to join our commercial/industrial construction and development team based in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

Working with the Group Contracts Manager and supported by an experienced on site team, the role offers an opportunity to be involved in:

Liaising with suppliers, clients and consultants

Assisting the estimating department

Working closely with Site Managers

Management of budgets

Preparation of purchase orders

The successful candidate will possess relevant experience in construction or related industries and will need to:

Enjoy working within a close knit team,

Possess strong project execution/management skills

Have the ability to work to deadlines

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong negotiating skills

Be confident operating within an autonomous environment
