We’re on the hunt for a sharp and driven Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a high-profile shopping centre refurbishment project in Mornington. About the Role

You’ll be working alongside experienced Project and Site Managers to help drive the successful delivery of a live-site refurbishment. This is a hands-on role with exposure to all facets of project delivery — ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their construction career.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assist with project planning, procurement, and document control

Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers

Track progress, manage RFIs, and support on-site issue resolution

Monitor program milestones and help keep things on schedule

Maintain accurate project records, drawings and reporting

Get involved with cost tracking, variation management, and quality documentation

Learn from a collaborative team and contribute to a fast-paced, high-quality project

What We’re Looking For

Construction-relevant tertiary OR trade qualifications

1–3 years’ experience in a project coordinator, site engineer or contract administrator

Exposure to complex construction projects

Strong communication and organisational skills

A proactive mindset and willingness to get stuck in and solve problems

A genuine passion for building and a drive to grow your career
