An established national early education provider is seeking an experienced learning professional to lead the design and delivery of a high-impact leadership and capability uplift program for Centre Managers nationally.

This critical high-impact initial 6-month project contract, reports to the Head of Learning & Development and is part of a broader Centre of Excellence initiative, focused on driving operational excellence and reducing reliance on area leadership by building centre-level capability in leadership, systems, and compliance.

More specifically, this contract will see you:

• Design, revamp and deliver targeted, pragmatic, effective, learning programs across core management and leadership competencies and technical skills programs.
• Be part of the collaborative and experienced L&D project team to develop and refine content—leveraging existing frameworks and resources.
• Coach and support centre leaders through practical, real-world scenarios that uplift capability and confidence.
• Support the roll-out of national training initiatives designed to strengthen leadership and systems proficiency at the management centre level.

To be successful, you will have:

• Strong recent experience with a broad Learning & Development remit, within the early childhood, education, or community services sector.
• Previous experience as an Operational Centre Manager or Director who has transitioned into a learning or training are strongly encouraged to apply, and will be highly regarded.
• Strong design of learning programs, including facilitation and coaching skills, particularly with operational leadership audiences.
• Comfortable working with and modern, enhancing learning collateral and broad understanding of training delivery technology and frameworks.
• A deep understanding of sector-specific focus, including National Quality Standards, and technical skills, and regulatory compliance.

Immediate or short-notice availability preferred. Hybrid working from home on offer. This is a full-time role, and flexibility, such as part time on offer for the right candidate.
