With a strong FY26 pipeline and a sharp focus on building both structures and people, we’re looking for a Senior Contract Administrator to join us on two exciting new builds valued at $15M and $30M.

This is a key role in our delivery team, responsible for driving commercial outcomes across projects while working in an environment that values trust, professionalism, and shared success.

Your Role: Driving Performance & Partnerships

• Own the end-to-end contract administration lifecycle on key residential projects
• Run procurement, tender evaluations, scope packaging, and letting of subcontracts
• Manage head contract and subcontract progress claims, variations, and reporting
• Control costs and support program and risk management alongside the PM and SM
• Work collaboratively with construction teams and consultants to maintain momentum and outcomes
• Play a key part in project success, from pre-construction to final accounts
• Working closely with your Site and Project Manager to drive project performance

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years’ experience as a CA or Senior CA in residential and commercial construction
• Proven experience on projects $10M+, ideally in multi-res or mid-rise
• Strong commercial and contractual skills with attention to detail
• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and a genuine commitment to team success
