Our Client

We are partnering with this growing national contractor to appoint a Project Manager who can take ownership of modular camp construction projects from bid through to delivery.

In this role, you will:

Translate tender estimates into costed delivery programs

Lead multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to drive project outcomes

Coordinate closely with internal estimating and manufacturing divisions

Build trusted client and supplier relationships in regional locations

Champion better planning, communication, and delivery systems across projects

About You

You are more than just a capable Project Manager.

You are a hands-on leader with strong commercial acumen, the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments, and a people-first mindset that thrives in dynamic and relationship-based delivery settings.

You bring:

Proven experience managing projects from bid/tender through to completion

Strong cost and schedule planning capability (practical, Excel-based is fine)

A collaborative leadership style with a focus on communication and planning uplift

The ability to manage regional subcontractors and client relationships

Willingness to learn a unique sector and contribute to continuous improvement
