Job Title: Application and Content Creation Coordinator
- Contract: ASAP - 31st March 2026
- Daily Rate: $800-$900 per day + super
- Location: Parramatta + WFH

About the Role:
This NSW Government organisation is seeking a Training and Content professional to support the evolution of an ICT Strategy. You will join a transformation program implementing a new leading Compliance Management System, specifically tailored for the water resources sector.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of employees using the new Water Compliance Management System. This role involves identifying training needs, creating engaging training materials, facilitating knowledge transfer and coordinating training sessions to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop training programs and materials, using contemporary modalities, including manuals, e-learning modules, and presentations.
• Coordinate, schedule and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Prepare detailed reports on training activities and provide recommendations for future training initiatives.
• Ensure training is built into the onboarding program for new or transitioning employees.
• Build training capability within Subject Matter Expert (SME) community and provide knowledge transfer.
• Working with the communications team and department leadership promote training opportunities to employees and provide information on benefits to encourage participation.
Key Skills:
- Strong background in information technology and familiarity with various ICT tools and platforms.
- Knowledge and experience in developing training content using presentations, video, e-manual, in-person and virtual training events.
- Ability to deliver training sessions effectively to diverse groups of learners.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple training programs and schedules simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels of the organisation.
