Join one of Australia’s leading airlines as a Digital Operations Coordinator, supporting the performance, stability, and continuous improvement of their digital systems. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless delivery across key digital platforms, enhancing customer experience through data insights, operational support, and issue resolution.
About the Role
This hands-on role sits at the intersection of digital operations and technical support. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to keep systems running smoothly, respond to incidents, monitor key performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor KPIs, service benchmarks, and platform health to ensure system stability
- Provide first-level support for digital platforms; triage and escalate issues where needed
- Manage technical support queues, ensuring prompt resolution and clear updates to stakeholders
- Track and optimise database and system performance
- Develop and maintain dashboards, operational reports, and support documentation
- Identify trends and potential risks to proactively prevent service disruptions
- Coordinate updates, releases, and communication of known issues and enhancements
- Oversee user access, configuration, and permission management
- Maintain knowledge base articles and process guides to ensure operational consistency
- Support improvements to customer service tools and processes
Skills & Experience
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and strong PowerPoint/Office use
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, DataDog, or similar)
- Exposure to incident or ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualisation platforms
- ITIL certification or similar desirable
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
- Proactive problem-solver with solid time management and organisational capabilities
- Customer-centric mindset with a collaborative approach
