HR Coordinator

• 3 months contract with possibility of extension

Our client is well-established and renowned world's leading entertainment service provider who is currently seeking HR Coordinator for a short-term contract to assist HR Manager based in Sydney office.

Key Responsibilities with min 1-year prior relevant exp:

HR Generalist support

• Assist with logistics to support HR initiatives and cultural events and activities as required (including preparing lists, reports, calendar invites and other administration).
• Support HR on WHS matters including; workers compensation administration, safety management initiatives, WHS committee items and actions
• Manage HR Google docs folder structures and organisation as required
• Partner with Sydney HR Managers (and broader business) on HR related projects and initiatives
• Provide HR team support on ER matters and employment compliance requirements
• Support HR team to establish and maintain up-to-date and accurate data and documentation and reporting
• Support Respond to ad-hoc requests such as jury duty letters, reference letters, letters of service, payslip enquiries

Immigration coordination:

• Continue to partner with vendor on immigration transition activities.
• Maintain various visa tracking documentation and employee immigration files in conjunction with the vendor's team
• Proactively communicate with supervisors, managers and employees on expected visa timeframes for new hires and visa renewals.
• Work with key stakeholders (HR, Vendors and employee) to support the processing of visas. This includes liaising with employees to collate visa related documents for employees and their families
• Liaise with Talent Acquisition/Employee Services on visa requirements, status, timeframes and costs
