With growth of the business, Rimfire is currently seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Compliance & Safety Manager to work from the Darwin office. Under the direction of the Compliance Officer, your core duties will include assisting the Compliance and WHSE Teams with duties required for monitoring, reporting, collating and responding to compliance and safety related tasks. The role would suit someone who has advanced skills in Microsoft suite, attention to detail and great communication skills.

Qualifications & experience

Advanced Microsoft office experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

High attention to detail

Strong ability to multitask, meet deadlines and balance priorities

Beneficial if you have previous experience / knowledge electrical or energy related industries, but not essential.

Demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills, relationship building, be passionate about the health and safety of people.

Tasks & responsibilities

General administration

Frequent communication with our valued stakeholders

Ensure our staff and contractors remain compliant with all relevant documentation and keep up to date records of compliance related registers and lists

Lead the Compliance and WHSE Teams in ensuring compliance with Rimfire Group's compliance management system and safety management system.

Assist teams with continuous improvement initiatives

Development and issuing of Safety and Compliance reports
