Head of Compliance Australia| Remote (Australia)

As we continue our expansion across new markets, we’re searching for a Head of Compliance to lead and mature our AML/CTF program and broader compliance obligations across Australia.

�� Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and management of Australia’s AML/CTF compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor ongoing activity and regulatory reporting obligations (including AUSTRAC).
• Oversee internal policy reviews, regulatory audits, and foreign regulatory filings.
• Deliver strategic recommendations to strengthen systems, controls, and monitoring.
• Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness programs.
• Manage compliance registers and ensure timely documentation of all processes.
• Provide clear advice across the business and coordinate with global teams.

�� What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 10+ years’ experience in risk, fraud, AML, or regulatory compliance roles.
• Previous experience in a regulated fintech environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of AUSTRAC and Australian regulatory frameworks.
• Independent, solution-focused, and confident communicator.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global tech organisation.
