About the Position

We are looking to welcome a Program Manager to lead a team to deliver high quality outcomes within a performance planning and development culture and support children and families engaging in Therapy and Education services.

• Full time position.
• Government funded until 30 September 2028 with possible extension.
• Level 8 SCHCADS Award. Salary range: $129,211 - 134,296 + Superannuation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the professional practice of the Therapy and Education teams.
• Conduct case consultations primarily to Therapy and Education team, and other services as required.
• Actively participate in partnership and sector meetings to develop integrated service delivery for children and families.
• Manage service delivery within the Board approved budget, approve budget expenditure and provide monthly reports against the budgets.

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or other relevant qualification.
• At least 5 years’ experience managing a multidisciplinary team in a similar environment.
• Highly developed knowledge of child protection issues and the child protection sector in Queensland.
• Experience and capacity to foster and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders and the community

Other Requirements

• Eligibility for a WWCC or professional exemption.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Legal ability to work in Australia (proof of eligibility required).
