ABOUT THE ROLE
Step into a Project Manager role where you'll work alongside a Senior PM and Project Director to deliver a diverse pipeline of capital works projects, typically ranging from $30M to $150M. These include student and key-worker accommodation, university campus upgrades, and large-scale mixed-use precincts. This is a broad role offering end-to-end project exposure, ideal for someone looking to deepen their experience in complex urban environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the full project lifecycle from feasibility to delivery
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders
• Manage tender processes, contract administration, and reporting
• Ensure design and delivery align with client goals and project deadlines
• Support risk, quality, and budget controls throughout project phases

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or similar
• Experience in capital works within accommodation, tertiary education, or mixed-use developments
• Exposure to contract administration, procurement, or delivery phases
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
