Are you a UK or Irish Chartered Accountant on a working holiday in Australia?

We have a rare contract opportunity for a bright, qualified CA to join our boutique Sydney firm and support our clients through financial year end. You'll work directly with a portfolio of companies across insurance, professional services, and distribution sectors—producing General Purpose Financial Reports (GPFRs) under IFRS.

What You’ll Do

Take ownership of a client portfolio across varied industries

Prepare IFRS-compliant GPFRs, supporting workpapers, and year-end adjustments

Work closely with audit teams to finalise reporting

Identify and resolve technical accounting issues and provide written advice

What You’ll Bring

CA/ACA qualified, with 3+ years of audit and IFRS experience

Excellent written communication skills (this role involves client advisory & reporting)

Comfortable with cloud-based systems – we operate fully paperless

Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously

Valid Working Holiday Maker visa (UK or Irish preferred)
