About the Role:
We’re looking for someone to make outbound calls to prospective clients to book appointments with our team. You’ll be a key part of our outreach strategy, working closely with our team to ensure clients get the support they need.

What You’ll Do:

Make outbound calls to potential clients

Maintain a database of calls and bookings

Schedule appointments

Maintain accurate records of calls and bookings

Make appointments for BDM

Provide professional, friendly customer service at all times

What We’re Looking For:

Clear, confident communication skills

Previous phone or sales experience essential

Strong time management and organisational skills

Reliability and attention to detail
