Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services

- Update and maintain customer databases (CRM)

- Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for the sales team

- Assist in market research and customer feedback collection

- Support marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts
