REQUIRED SKILLS
Experience using or supporting Advanced Business Manager ERP Software
2-3 Years Software support
Certificate IV in Information Technology or Certificate IV in Business
DUTIES INCLUDE
Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems for clients via phone, email and remote desktop support
Effective communication with clients
Liaising with software manufacturers support desks
Utilizing and maintain service tracking software
Modifying configurations, utilities, software default settings for clients
Deployment of applications, service packs & patches
Documenting internal procedures
Monitoring and responding quickly and effectively to requests received
Identifying call priorities and processing on a first-in first-out basis
Assist to build up company’s internal knowledge base
Ad hoc duties that arise
Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
