The Role
Typical tasks of the role include responding to customer requests about SNOOP’s software, such as incident response, handling bug reports, fielding user requests for help, adapting the software according to users’ needs, recommending more efficient use of the software, and maintaining SNOOP’s web services by managing data and configurations.
We are looking for a new team permanent full-time team member to:
- Provide support, education and guidance for users requiring diagnosis and resolution of technical issues through a combination of phone, email and online for customers and internal partners.
- Co-ordinate and perform the administration of our new, updated and existing web services.
- Producing digital communication to help customers maximise software benefits and enable them to troubleshoot problems on their own.
- Advance both above functions by working closely with our team to introduce improved processes (helping to document what we do).
- Work with the team to co-ordinate operational activities based on Customer needs.
We have big long-term ambitions for our business and services, and your role is part of our improvements to build for velocity and scale.

Requirements
Not everyone can be a team member in SNOOP. To be seriously considered for this role, you need to meet the following:
Minimum five years’ full-time work experience in at least two* of the following areas:
- Customer Support
- Customer facing roles
- Web Administration
- Digital Communication
(*and have an interest in growing your skills in these areas).
Minimum Bachelor’s degree qualification relevant to the above
Ability to demonstrate the following:
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability work both as part of a team and autonomously
- Articulate - both written and verbal proficiency in English
- Being people- and customer-focused
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to capture and be particular with details
- Consistency and process focus
- Ability to own an operational area and projects end-to-end
- Ability to work with ticket systems and productivity tools like MS Word and Excel (We're interested to hear about other software you’ve used)
- General proficiency and interest in technology
