About the role

GTT Metals Group (and its sister Company GTT Ventures) is seeking an experienced Junior, Mid Level or Senior Exploration Geologist to join our dynamic team in our Subiaco, Western Australia office. This is a full-time role and offers the successful candidate the opportunity to contribute to our ongoing mineral exploration efforts across our portfolio of projects.

What you'll be doing

Undertake geological mapping, sampling, core logging and data analysis to support our exploration programs

Interpret geological, geochemical and geophysical data to identify and evaluate mineral prospects

Prepare high-quality geological reports, Information Memorandums, prospectuses presentations and other project deliverables

Contribute to the development of exploration strategies and the planning of future work programs

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Company directors, geologists, geophysicists, native title groups and mining engineers

Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualifications in Geology or Earth Sciences

1-4 years for Junior level, 4-8 years for Mid Level, or 8+ years' experience as an Exploration Geologist in the mining industry (for Senior level). Being a CP would be considered a huge advantage to the role.

Demonstrated experience in mineral exploration, including geological mapping, sampling, core logging and data analysis

Strong technical skills in geological interpretation and the application of geochemical and geophysical exploration techniques

Excellent report writing and presentation skills

Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
