About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist who’s ready for more than just clinical work — someone who wants to help grow a practice, shape systems, and have a voice at the table.

This is a hybrid role blending hands-on therapy with leadership and operational input. You’ll manage a diverse caseload while also helping refine workflows, support junior staff, and contribute to strategic decisions alongside the business owner.

We’re a values-led, mobile-based service that supports NDIS participants, insurance clients, and private referrals across Perth — and we’re growing.

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver high-quality OT services in homes, community, and telehealth settings

Complete functional assessments, assistive tech reports, and home modification recommendations

Manage your own caseload with admin support

Mentor junior OTs and contribute to team culture

Assist in improving operational systems and service delivery

Collaborate with the Director to help scale the business

What We’re Looking For

4+ years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist

Confident managing a varied NDIS caseload (neuro, physical, complex needs)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and flexibly

Interest or experience in mentoring, operations, or team leadership

Bonus if you’ve considered a future leadership or ownership pathway in private practice
