The Ontrack Group is a fast-growing auto electrical and mechanical business based in Ormeau. We’re proud to have a young, enthusiastic team and a family-oriented, supportive work environment that values collaboration and growth.
We’re currently looking for a reliable and proactive individual to join our team in a part-time reception and administration role (20–25 flexible hours per week). In this position, you’ll handle a variety of tasks including front desk customer service, data entry, filing, maintaining the office and kitchenette areas, and providing backup admin support to other departments as needed.

What you will be doing:
Greet customers/visitors to the branch and assist with general queries, or refer to appropriate other staff members
Operate the switchboard/answer phone calls in a prompt and efficient manner
General typing, including personal correspondence for Managers as required, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive business information
Maintain petty cash
Internal/external mail distribution
Stock and maintain kitchenette area
Enter supplier invoices and code general ledger allocation
Accurate data entry of customer details
Manage vehicle registrations
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to support a busy team. Ideally, you will have:
Previous experience in reception or administrative support (highly regarded)
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use (basic to intermediate level)
