About the Role
We’re seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join our Melbourne team and help grow our presence across Victoria. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll identify and secure new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and ensure ARI is positioned for success in key tenders and supplier panels. If you’re an experienced hunter who thrives on autonomy and making an impact, this is role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
● Identify, engage and win new business across Victoria in key industries
● Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships
● Manage CRM records, sales pipeline, and reporting with accuracy
● Represent the ARI brand at industry events and networking opportunities
● Ensure ARI is included in key tenders and supplier panels
● Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions

About You
You’re a proactive self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You have a proven track record in B2B sales within industrial or technical services and thrive working independently while collaborating across teams. You understand the importance of building trust and delivering results.

You will have
● Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in industrial/technical services
● Experience in NDT, engineering, or asset integrity (preferred)
● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
● Proven ability to generate leads and close sales
● A proactive, self-motivated attitude and ability to work independently
● Proficiency in CRM and pipeline management
