RISU Care is seeking an experienced and dedicated Quality and Education Manager to lead quality assurance and staff education initiatives in line with NDIS Practice Standards.

About the Role
As our Quality and Education Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining compliance, driving continuous improvement, and leading staff training and development. You will work closely with the Director, Clinical and Operational teams to ensure person-centered and safe support practices across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead compliance and quality improvement processes in alignment with NDIS Quality & Safeguards

Conduct internal audits and drive improvements from feedback and incidents

Oversee staff training, track competencies, and deliver monthly training reports

Collaborate on risk assessments and participant care planning

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and active support

About You

Relevant qualifications in Disability, Social Work, Nursing or equivalent

Registered Nurse preferred (AHPRA registration if applicable)

Strong knowledge of NDIS standards, quality systems, and risk management

Experienced in supporting people with disabilities and developing care plans

Excellent communication, project management, and MS Office skills
