We’re on the lookout for an energetic, customer-focused team member to join our Golf Club team! This unique multi-touchpoint role offers a dynamic mix of customer interaction across our Golf Simulator, Proshop and Bar.

If you love meeting people, have a bubbly personality and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences – we want to hear from you!

About the role:

You’ll be our go-to host across three key areas:

Golf Simulator Host – run corporate events, social play, and club competitions

Proshop Assistant – assist customers and help keep things running smoothly

Bar Service – serve drinks and deliver top tier service with a smile

You’ll also:

Record and report maintenance issues as they arise

Be trained in Trackman and MiClub systems

Report directly to our Director of Golf

About you:

Confident, bubbly and comfortable striking up a chat with anyone

Passionate about great customer service

Adaptable and open to learning new systems and processes

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment

Golf knowledge is a bonus – but not essential!

Previous experience with the Trackman system will be highly regarded
