Location: Blackall Terrace Dental, Nambour.

Compensation: $63k - $66k commensurate with experience.

What We’re Looking For

Strong Communication Skills
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create a positive patient experience.

Previous Reception or Admin Experience
While previous dental or medical reception experience is a positive, it’s not essential. Training will be provided for the right candidate who is open to learning.

Professional and Friendly Attitude
Bring a positive and professional approach to your work and contribute to a welcoming work environment here on the Sunshine Coast.

Tech-Savvy
Comfortable working across various software. Experience with EXACT software is ideal but not required.

What You’ll Do

As a vital part of our front-of-house team, you will:

Greet patients and provide them with a warm, welcoming experience.

Handle scheduling, patient inquiries, and manage the appointment system efficiently.

Assist with patient billing and payment processing using our dental software (EXACT).

Support the team with administrative tasks such as ordering and invoicing to ensure smooth daily operations.
