We are seeking a dynamic and talented Business Development Manager to join our Sales Team focusing on driving growth within the Australian market.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for internal and external sales, growing and building strong and enduring customer relationships. Your role will involve first point of contact and visiting prospects and customers.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attend to general sales enquires

Build and Maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers

Provide technical and professional advice/solutions on Hampidjan’s range of products

Quote products, services and projects to a variety of industries

Identify and prospect new business opportunities and promote our company's product solutions

Provide regular updates to customers on new products and service offerings via proactive sales calls.

REQUIRMENTS:

A proven B2B and B2C sales track record with the energy and experience to drive results

An enthusiastic go-getter who can think laterally and works well under pressure

Exceptional organisational and time management skills

Excellent communication and CRM/IT skills

Ideally, experienced in maritime, commercial fishing or lifting would be looked upon favourably but not essential

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a past track record of sales success and strong relationship-building skills, be capable of building market intelligence to identify sales opportunities, results-driven, willing to manage the sales cycle from initial prospecting through to product delivery and installation.

$85,000 - $90,000 + Super + fuel allowance + Iphone + laptop
