Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on HR Driver / Display Installer to join our growing team in Seven Hills. This full-time hybrid role combines truck driving (approx. 30%) with event and display installation, warehouse prep, and logistics (approx. 70%).

You’ll play a key role in delivering branded environments, exhibition stands, promotional vehicles, and retail displays across NSW and interstate. This is a physically active job, ideal for someone who wants variety beyond the driver's seat.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a range of vehicles: van, ute, Pantech, MR, HR truck, and HR bus

12.5mL bus driving experience is a strong plus

Deliver and collect event displays across local and national locations

Load/unload vehicles using a forklift (or manual handling equipment)

Assist with on-site installation and bump-out of displays and structures

Use hand and power tools to assemble and dismantle components

Conduct vehicle and equipment pre-start checks

Follow all WHS and operational protocols

Represent the Exposure Group brand with professionalism at all times

What You’ll Need:

Valid HR Licence (NSW) – required

Forklift Licence (LF) – desired (we can train and license if needed)

Comfortable operating various vehicles, including large buses

Basic trade or hand tool skills

Physical fitness and a proactive work ethic

WHS awareness and reliability

Flexibility for early starts, occasional weekends, and national travel

Experience in exhibitions, events, or display logistics – highly valued
