About the Role
In this role you are the face of our brand! You will interact with our customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings and responding to general customer inquiries.
What you’ll do
Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening
Assist with leadership duties
Review in detail ABG’s various add on’s and services as to determine what may best suit the customer
Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively
Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
Answering customer questions and inquiries

What we’re looking for
A full and valid Australian driver’s licence
Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service
Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Please note: This full-time role is not open to Working Holiday Visa or student visa holders.
