The Role – Multiple Positions Available

We are currently hiring for:

Diploma-qualified Educators (Full-time)

Room Leaders (Full-time, Diploma-qualified with leadership experience)

About you:

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)

5+ years’ experience in early learning (ideal for Room Leader applicants)

Previous experience as a Room Leader, including leading and mentoring others (for Room Leader roles)

A strong understanding of the NQF, and commitment to continuous improvement

Confidence using digital tools and documentation platforms

A collaborative, team-focused mindset and a love for working in a close-knit, village-style environment

The ability to build positive, respectful relationships with children, colleagues, and families

A creative and proactive approach to planning and delivering high-quality educational programs

Unique passions or interests you’d love to bring into your role
