About the role:

The assistant will be supervised by senior lending manager, and work as part of a small nimble team in an entrepreneurial environment to communicate, investigate, analyse loan applications for construction and bridging loans, secured by Australian real estate.

Skills and Experience:

· Understanding property or construction metrics and contracts; or

· Understanding of property valuation; or

· Understanding of financial analysis.

· Be able to work unsupervised.

· Be able to multitask.

· A strong desire to work in an environment exposed to both finance and property.

The successful applicant will have a relevant degree in a finance, property, construction, commerce related discipline. Graduates are welcome.
