You’ll be the face of our café, serving high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies

Operate coffee machines and grinders with precision and care

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and café areas

Greet customers, take orders, and handle payments accurately using POS systems

Provide friendly and efficient customer service, answering questions about the menu and making recommendations when needed

Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as necessary

Follow food safety and hygiene standards consistently

Assist with opening and closing duties as scheduled

Support the overall café team during busy periods with general tasks (e.g., clearing tables, food preparation

Skills & Experience:

Previous barista experience required (minimum 2 years experience)

Passion for coffee and customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
