🚀 What you’ll do:

Own the sales and patient journey—this is not your average front desk gig

Influence, educate, and inspire patients to say YES to life-changing treatments

Be a team driver—set the pace, lead the vibe, and make things happen

👀 We’re looking for someone who:

Can close deals like a champion!

MUST have sales, call centre, or leadership experience (dental not needed!).

Thrive in a fast, fun, no-fluff, results-first environment

Have amazing resilience. Doing meaningful work is hard, but you value the growth and do it anyway!

Doesn't let your own ego get in the way of creating real connection and building relationships.

Communicates like a pro and influences with ease

Great at follow up and has an unwavering drive to achieve set production goals/sales targets.

Takes initiative, moves fast, and never backs down from a challenge

Works 3–3.5 days/week incl. Mon, Tue, Fri + 1 Sat morning/fortnight. Able to commit to finishing at 8pm for 1 day per week.
