Allboard Distributors, a proud family-run business with over 30 years of industry excellence, is on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused individual to become part of our internal trade sales team at our Bayswater branch.

The position is full time, with some flexibility, 5 days a week and no weekend hours.

We’ve built lasting partnerships with cabinet makers, shopfitters, and builders by delivering top-quality cut-to-size board, hardware, and personalised service. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for trade sales and top-tier customer care.

What We’re Looking For:

Exceptional customer service skills

Accurate data entry and attention to detail

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Confident and professional phone manner

Experience in sales and quoting

Ability to negotiate and close sales

Familiarity with trade environments (a bonus!)

Product knowledge (advantageous but not essential)

Key Responsibilities:

Your day-to-day will be hands-on and dynamic, including:

Building lasting customer relationships

Generating orders, invoices, and delivery documentation

Advising customers on products and services

Managing cash transactions and balancing tills

Handling and responding to email enquiries

Coordinating delivery logistics

Ordering to maintain showroom inventory
