• Senior Business Analyst
• 9 month contract + likely extension
• Up to $950 + super

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and refine business and data requirements from stakeholders
• Understand source (upstream) and target (downstream) systems impacts
• Document current state and define future state processes related to reconciliation post-migration.
• Collaborate with data architects and technical teams to ensure data mappings are accurate and complete.
• Define reconciliation rules and validation logic to compare pre- and post-migration data.
• Participate in data quality assessments, exception handling design, reconciliation reporting, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Lead stakeholder workshops, contribute to cutover planning, and support UAT focused on migrated data accuracy.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years Senior BA experience
• End to end project experience within banking including proven experience in customer data migration - including monitoring/reconciliations.
• Proven experience in a fast paced project enviroment
• Strong understanding of customer data structures and related processes.
• Previous experience with regulatory reporting and working within large financial institutions
• Experience with Informatica or similar ETL/data integration tools is advantageous.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across both technical and non-technical teams.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, data mapping, or reconciliation tools.
