Talenza has been engaged by one of Australia's financial services providers to source to a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in complex transformations.

12M contract | Up to $950 + super p.d

Requirements:

• 6+ years in business analysis, with experience in banking or financial services
• Prior experience on complex banking programs involving workflow tool/case management implementations (highly advantageous)
• Prior exerience working with operations teams to enhance key processes (advantageous)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Proven ability to work on complex transformation projects

Candidates must be based in Sydney with full work rights.
