Renewable Project | FIFO (2 weeks / 1 week)

We’re seeking a Lead Scheduler with major project experience (hydro not essential!) to drive scheduling strategy across one of the most complex mechanical and electrical installations in the southern hemisphere.

About the role: You’ll lead the development, integration, and monitoring of the site schedule for Voith Hydro’s scope across turbines, generators, steel structures and more. You’ll work hand-in-hand with project managers, field teams, procurement, and clients to drive program outcomes – from site install through to commissioning.

Ideal background:

• 10+ years in large-scale project scheduling (resources, energy, O&G, or infrastructure)
• Deep experience with Primavera P6 – Power BI/SAP a bonus
• Leadership capability – you're used to leading planning on mega projects
• Engineering or Project Management degree
• Hydro/pumped hydro experience? Great. Not essential.

1. Location: Cooma, NSW (relocation supported and preferred) or FIFO
