Job Title: Bookkeeper | Work From Home + Laptop Provided | $40/hr + Super

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Bookkeeper to join our friendly team. Your main focus will be bank reconciliations, processing supplier bills, and keeping on top of awaiting payments — all while building great relationships with our clients so we get the documents and information we need, when we need it.

What You’ll Do

Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations in Xero

Process bills from Dext/Hubdoc into Xero and keep a close eye on bills in awaiting payment

Send clear, professional bank reconciliation queries to clients while monitoring the bookkeeping inbox

Build and maintain strong client relationships

What We’re Looking For

Bookkeeping experience in Xero

Eye for detail and a passion for accuracy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently from home

Experience in Google Sheets is nice but not essential — training provided
