The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Centre Managers/Directors to lead two established and vibrant early childhood education services in Perth. These roles offer the opportunity to shape culture, drive occupancy, and support high-performing teams in well-resourced environments.

The first will give you a genuine opportunity to develop the growth and direction of a brand new location NOR and would suit someone currently employed as a Centre Manager, or a strong 2IC with a minimum of 2–3 years' experience and demonstrated leadership capability.

Strong communication skills and a hands-on leadership style

A positive, proactive approach with excellent knowledge of current industry frameworks and best practices

High energy and the proven ability to drive and sustain community growth.

The second opportunity will be for a more experienced leader able to take the reins of a well established an thriving centre

A minimum of 2 years’ recent experience as a Centre Director or in a higher leadership role within early childhood education

Ability to lead with confidence, manage competing priorities, and maintain high standards of care and compliance

A collaborative leadership style, with the capacity to support and empower staff
