Centre Director – Early Childhood - Perth CBD Location.

Steve and the team at SH Recruitment are seeking an engaging, motivated early childhood professional to join a high-performing organisation as a Centre Manager in the Perth CBD area. This role would suit a strong Assistant Centre Director looking to take the next step.

Previous Centre Manager or Assistant Director experience is a necessity.

Key Responsibilities

Directly work with staff and the leadership team to implement systems and operational processes.

Support all staff with the day-to-day management of each Centre.

Provide mentoring and coaching.

Build open communication strategies with staff, children, and families.

Ensure each centre operates according to company policies and procedures, legislative requirements, and the National Quality Framework.

Our successful candidate will ideally have:

Full Driver's License.

A Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent

A current First Aid Certificate, Asthma/Anaphylaxis training

A current working with children check.

Experience

A high level of knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Framework

The ability to develop positive working relationships with multiple stakeholders.

A high level of written and verbal communication skills

Excellent leadership, people, and time management skills
