We are specializing in Chinese celebrity marketing, cross border E-commerce, events & PR, social media management, and creative design.

We are a fast-growing local marketing agency based in Australia. Due to business expansion, we are looking for a full-time Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing, client service, and the Chinese business community in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and grow relationships with existing clients

· Act as the main liaison between clients and internal creative/delivery teams

· Understand client needs and develop tailored marketing strategies

· Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns

· Manage budgets, timelines, and project execution with precision

· Oversee campaign progress and ensure timely delivery of all assets

· Regularly review and report on campaign performance with actionable insights

· Support business development by participating in new client pitches

Who We're Looking For:

· Proven experience in full-service marketing campaign planning and execution

· Strong skills in market analysis, trend insight, and marketing strategy development

· Strong communication and relationship management skills

· Previous experience in account management, marketing, or related fields preferred

· Understanding of the Chinese-Australian market and cultural context

· Familiar with advertising policies and campaign setup on major platforms, including:

Xiaohongshu (RED)

WeChat Official Accounts

Facebook / Instagram (Meta Business Suite)

TikTok

· Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Knowledge of beauty, health supplement, or lifestyle sectors is a big plus

Location: Sydney

Language: Chinese and English frequently speaking and writing
