Your skills and experience
Ideally, we're looking for:
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience across website management, digital advertising, analytics and SEO
- Experience managing clients/customers
- A passion for building great, long-term relationships
- Epic organisational skills
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as Google and Facebook ads, Google Analytics, Ahrefs and so on
- Experience with website content management systems such as WordPress or Shopify
- The ability to analyse data and develop clear actions
- Ridiculously passionate about digital marketing
- Previous agency experience is very desirable but not critical
The job
You will be the main point of contact for a suite of clients.
You'll be supported by a team of specialists across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, copywriting and graphic design.
Key duties will include:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Managing client projects and WIP
- Providing fast, thorough and clear communication to clients
- Developing digital strategies and clear roadmaps of activity
- Reviewing, interpreting and reporting on client results
- Acting as gatekeeper and maintaining a very high quality of work
- Proactively identifying opportunities for clients to grow bigger, faster
- Monitoring client performance using platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs and so on
This role is 100% home-based. You'll liaise with our team online who are spread throughout NSW, Qld, and Victoria.
