Your skills and experience

Ideally, we're looking for:

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience across website management, digital advertising, analytics and SEO
• Experience managing clients/customers
• A passion for building great, long-term relationships
• Epic organisational skills
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as Google and Facebook ads, Google Analytics, Ahrefs and so on
• Experience with website content management systems such as WordPress or Shopify
• The ability to analyse data and develop clear actions
• Ridiculously passionate about digital marketing
• Previous agency experience is very desirable but not critical

The job

You will be the main point of contact for a suite of clients.

You'll be supported by a team of specialists across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, copywriting and graphic design.

Key duties will include:

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Managing client projects and WIP
• Providing fast, thorough and clear communication to clients
• Developing digital strategies and clear roadmaps of activity
• Reviewing, interpreting and reporting on client results
• Acting as gatekeeper and maintaining a very high quality of work
• Proactively identifying opportunities for clients to grow bigger, faster
• Monitoring client performance using platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs and so on

This role is 100% home-based. You'll liaise with our team online who are spread throughout NSW, Qld, and Victoria.
